HOW IT WORKS

#1: REQUEST A QUOTE

Once you fill out our quote form, one of our Auto Transport Coordinators will contact you by phone as soon as possible. During the phone call, we will discuss price quotes, delivery details and vehicle transport options.

Once all of your information is obtained, your Auto Transport Coordinator will post your transport information to our Central Dispatch load board. Next, one of our carriers will contact us once our bid is accepted.

#2: CONFIRM AND BOOK

Once our carriers have accepted our bid, your Auto Transport Coordinator will be in touch with you to discuss total pricing. This includes ALL fees, including insurance coverage and door-to-door transportation.

If you choose to move forward, we will confirm your booking with our carrier and email you the Dispatch Sheet, which will confirm details of the shipment, including, the carriers contact information, the customers information, estimate pick up and delivery dates and the total cost.

At the time of booking, a small deposit will be collected to reserve your carrier. The remaining balance will be COD (cash on delivery), due to the carrier once the vehicle is delivered.

#3: PICK-UP AND DELIVERY

Upon pick-up, please make prior arrangements to have the vehicle ready. A trusted party must be at the pick-up location to inspect the vehicle with the carrier before transport and sign off on the Bill Of Lading, confirming the vehicle was inspected and picked up.

Once the vehicle is delivered, please carefully inspect the car. If everything looks good, the carrier will have you sign off on a Bill Of Lading, acknowledging that your vehicle has been delivered and there are no damages or issues with the vehicle. At this time, our carrier will collect the remaining balance due. If other payment arrangements need to made outside of a cash payment, please contact us as soon as possible to make sure the carrier can accommodate.

SHIPPING METHODS

OPEN TRANSPORT

The most common and affordable transport method is open transport. With this method, your car is secured to an open trailer. Most open transport carriers can transport between 8-10 vehicles at a single time.

ENCLOSED TRANSPORT

Enclosed transport is recommended for high end vehicles and classic cars. With this method, your car is secured to a fully enclosed trailer. This method provides complete protection from all outdoor elements.
